  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers I want to get to know their needs and the needs of their project so I can know how to better help them. Gathering information on their project, their budget, and what their plans are for the project before even quote a price after all I'm not successful unless they are.
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (discounts, fees)
We Already have some of the best prices in town for Recording Mixing Mastering and Production but we also have discounts for multiple songs
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I possess a certification from Pinnacle College for audio Engineering where I was in the top 5% of my class, as well as a few pro tool certifications. I've been a musician and a music enthusiast for All of my life.
  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's funny I started doing this because I wanted to get my own music heard come to find out I'm even better at helping other people get their music heard.
  • What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked in many genres rock, R&B, hip hop, soul, country, and the Blues love them all!
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A young lady came into my studio working on an R&B soul kind of vibe of a song. She played piano and sang and thought to myself what an amazing singer. We added a drum track and I went in and did all the editing on that. We decided to fill it out with the help of a couple other professionals we threw down a bass track, guitar track and a couple other instruments to round out the sound before I mixed and mastered it. I had a blast with it and nothing but time to work on it due to COVID.
  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Reach out and find out what information you need before entering the studio that will make the process so much easier for you and your engineer, and of course practice, practice, practice! make sure your instrument is in excellent condition and just have some fun with it!
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The best advice I could give would be to think out the length of each song minutes and seconds, the tempo of Each song= How many beats per minute, anybody that's involved in this song their contact information the instrument they play OR the part they play. All this will help greatly. Having these things thought out will allow you to create your best music and not have to worry about the information side of the business!
  • What is an FAQ section?
An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
